Important Campus Portal Announcement:
Dear Parent/Guardian,
We’d like to inform you of a few important updates and actions required to ensure a smooth start to the upcoming school year.
1. Demographic Information Update - Action Required
Beginning April 15, 2025, all FCS families will be required to verify and update their demographic information via an Existing Family Registration (Next Year 2025-2026) in Infinite Campus. This includes confirming or updating emergency contact details. PLEASE NOTE: The emergency contact must be someone other than the parent/guardian, as we must have an alternate contact in the event of an emergency.
Thank you for your assistance in keeping this information accurate. It is essential for student safety and for maintaining effective communication between your family and the school.
2. Intent to Return for the 2025-2026 School Year
As part of the same verification process beginning on April 15, 2025, you will also be asked to indicate your intent for each of your students to return to Fulton County Schools for the 2025–2026 school year.
Please take a moment to complete this section during the verification process.
3. Optional Student Device Protection Plan for FCS-Issued Student Devices
New legal requirements will significantly limit the use of personal devices (BYOD) in schools. As a result, Fulton County Schools will rely more heavily on district-issued devices to ensure all students have access to the technology they need for learning.
To help families prepare, we are offering an optional Student Device Protection Plan for FCS-issued student devices. This plan provides an affordable way to protect against unexpected costs due to accidental damage, loss, or theft.
Benefits of the device protection plan include:
- Protection from the cost of accidental damage
- Peace of mind in case of loss or theft
- Continued access to technology without interruption
You may sign up and pay for the Optional Student Device Protection Plan during the Online Verification process, beginning on April 15th, 2025.

How do I get my parent portal account?
All portal accounts require a 1-time activation to create your ID and password. You must be a parent/guardian of a current FCS student to activate an account. To verify identity, you will be asked to provide the following information about 1 student in your household:
- Student first and last name (as entered on birth certificate)
- Student ID number
- Student Date of Birth (MM/DD/YYYY)
- Student grade level (24-25 grade level)
